Carestop India coordinates medical travel. It is not a hospital, not a clinic, and not a provider of medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. This page sets out the boundaries in plain language.
1. No medical advice
Nothing published on this website constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or a second opinion. Information here is general and cannot account for your history, medication, comorbidities or current clinical state. Decisions about your care belong with a qualified clinician who has examined you and reviewed your records.
2. No quotations
Every cost figure on this site is an indicative planning benchmark drawn from published ranges, not a quotation, offer or price guarantee. Before any patient receives a commercial figure, the current hospital estimate, clinical protocol, inclusions and applicable law must be reconfirmed. Actual costs depend on your exact diagnosis, the procedure performed, implants and devices used, length of admission, ICU time, complications and follow-up requirements.
3. No outcome guarantee
Medical treatment carries risk. No coordinator, hospital or clinician can guarantee a clinical outcome. Patient stories published on this site describe individual experiences of coordination and travel support; they are not clinical outcome data and must not be read as a prediction of your own result.
4. Surrogacy & family building
Surrogacy is presented strictly as an eligibility-led pathway, never as a routine commercial product and never as generally available in India for international clients. India operates a specific statutory framework with defined eligibility requirements. Nationality, residency, medical indication, gamete source, parentage and citizenship rules all bear on eligibility. Every international enquiry is screened under current law, in coordination with qualified legal counsel, before any travel or treatment plan is discussed.
5. Transplant medicine
Transplant coordination is subject to donor eligibility, national law, transplant approvals and hospital acceptance. Any figure quoted refers to the medical and hospital care surrounding an eligible pathway. It is never, under any circumstances, a price for an organ. Access frequently depends more on eligibility and organ availability than on cost.
6. Emergencies
This website and the enquiry form are not monitored around the clock and must never be used for medical emergencies. If your situation is urgent, contact your local emergency services or attend the nearest hospital immediately.
7. Hospital relationships
Carestop India coordinates with independent, separately accredited hospitals and clinicians. Those institutions and practitioners are responsible for the clinical care they deliver. Carestop India is responsible for coordination: intake, routing, documentation, travel, accommodation and follow-up logistics.
8. Data & records
Medical records you share are used for the purpose of reviewing and coordinating your case — principally routing to specialists for preliminary opinion. Please do not send complete medical records through an open web form; we will request them through an appropriate channel once your case is opened.
9. Third-party sources
External frameworks referenced on this site — including the US hospital price-transparency framework, UK fertility cost guidance and the India Code — are published and maintained by their respective bodies. Carestop India does not control their content and links are provided for verification only.
