01

Discover & medical intake

Tell us about your medical condition, where you are travelling from, and what treatment you are seeking. We run a preliminary case intake to gather medical reports, diagnostic scans and physician notes — before anyone talks about cost or travel.

02

Specialist evaluation & opinions

Your records are routed to specialists across accredited hospitals. You receive preliminary opinions, treatment options, estimated length of stay and a clear cost breakdown, so the decision is made on information rather than pressure.

What to prepare

A faster case starts with better paperwork.

You do not need all of this to make contact — but the more of it we have, the faster a specialist can give you a meaningful opinion.

Diagnosis summary

A short written summary from your current doctor: the diagnosis, when it was made and what has been tried so far.

Recent test results

Blood work, biopsy or pathology reports, and any staging information. Recent results carry far more weight than old ones.

Imaging & scans

MRI, CT, PET-CT or X-ray images and the accompanying radiology report. Images matter as much as the report.

Medical history

Existing conditions, current medication, allergies, prior surgeries and anything relevant to anaesthesia.

Passport & travel details

Passport validity, who will travel with you, and any constraint on dates. Needed only once a hospital is selected.

Constraints and preferences

Budget ceiling, language needs, dietary or religious requirements, and how long you can realistically be away.

Timelines

How long each phase usually takes

Indicative only. Complex oncology, transplant and paediatric cases take longer; straightforward orthopaedic cases often move faster.

Urgent cases

If your case is time-critical, say so in the first message. Cardiac and oncology pathways in particular can require urgent or prolonged treatment, and sequencing changes accordingly.

Common questions at this stage

Before you send anything

Send your diagnosis summary, recent medical reports and diagnostic scans through the enquiry form, by email or over WhatsApp. We complete a preliminary case intake, then route your records for specialist review. There is no charge to submit an enquiry and no obligation to travel.
No. Every figure published here is an indicative planning benchmark, not a quotation. Before any patient receives a commercial figure, the current hospital estimate, clinical protocol, inclusions and applicable law must be reconfirmed. A real quote requires your exact diagnosis, procedure and hospital.
We coordinate with hospitals accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI) or India’s National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH). Hospital selection is made case by case against accreditation, case volume, subspecialty fit, technology, infection control, ICU depth and rehabilitation access.
Yes. Once a hospital and doctor are selected, we issue a medical visa invitation letter and coordinate travel dates. We assist with flight planning and book accommodation near the treating hospital for you and an accompanying family member.
